Dominica has two tax agreements in force as reported its response to the Peer Review questionnaire, including multilateral agreement among members of CARICOM concluded with ten treaty partners (the Agreement). Agreement Among Governments Member States Caribbean Community for Avoidance Double Taxation and Prevention Fiscal Evasion Respect Taxes on Income, Profits or Gains Capital Encouragement Regional Trade Investment, St. Michael Barbados, 6 July 1994; between: Antigua Barbuda (18 February 1998), Barbados (7 1995), Belize (30 November 1994), (19 June 1996), Grenada (1 March Guyana* (26 1997), Jamaica (16 Kitts/Nevis (8 May Lucia (22 1995) Vincent (12 1998) Trinidad & Tobago (29 1994). Neither those comply minimum standard.
